Friendly and efficient service at the telephone and the collar really helps with lead control. It hasn’t stopped pulling but it makes lead walking our rescue springer a lot more manageable whilst we are training and working towards loose lead walking.

We have a strong 16 month old female labrador. She's a great dog but can pull. The Canny collar does reduce pulling although she doesn't particularly like but she will tolerate it and it clearly doesn't hurt her. Another advantage is the nose band is easily removed to act as a normal collar.

Bought the collar and lead on the recommendation of a complete stranger in the park who saw me really struggling with my young sighthound as she'd been through the exact same thing with hers as a younger dog. It isn't a panacea for behavioural issues but it's an amazing training aid. We no longer have to muzzle our dog and we can get him under control so much easier when he tries to bolt at another dog. Walking him is something we can look forward to now rather than feeling like a chore and now people love coming up to say hi to our little friendly guy instead of keeping their distance from him like they had to before.

This is hands down the best product I've purchased for my dog's pulling. Having tried various methods like stopping and starting, my dog learned that all he has to do is reverse a few steps so I keep walking, then start pulling again. No matter how much time I'd spend doing this on walks, looking silly to passers-by, he wouldn't stop.

I tried Halti, but the rings hang beneath his chin and get caught when he moves around, plus Im not keen on his face being yanked about.

I tried slip leads too, they work great and as intended, but I don't like the indentation left on the nose or the potential for dangerous accidents.

The Canny Collar has changed everything for me. He's not a fan of wearing it yet but our walks are so much calmer, almost no pulling at all. And the pulling he does attempt is minimal. He no longer darts off to sniff spots or to greet people or dogs, which always had me anxious. And it can turn into a normal collar when offlead too! Absolutely love it!

Very good product, works great with my Springer Spaniel

Absolutely fantastic, best thing I have bought for my dog. My dog was a real bad puller, taking her for walks was an absolute nightmare and definitely not an enjoyable experience. Invested in the canny collar and lead and wow she’s a completely different dog on her walks, she still is getting used to it and will try to get it off on occasions but the pulling has stopped.

Two days and we have seen a huge change in his walking yes he does not like it but the pulling has stopped 10/10

We have a 15 month Staffordshire bull terrier who only has 1 speed - 100 mph. Taking him for a walk was not enjoyable, this collar has changed this. I thought he would try to remove it but he didn’t and it worked great. Easy to use.

My medium sized female Mastador is not good on the lead.
We had a figure of eight lead that she found annoying but did quite work.
Bought this and it has the same control but she is happier wearing it.
Looks good and seems to be well made.

Fantastic product, gentle and easy to use and most importantly it really works. I especially like the fact that this is just a collar and not a lead. I walk my two dogs on a double lead and it was important to still be able to use this collar along with the double lead.

I bought this for a friends collie dog, she is struggling to walk him as pulls like a train. He’s struggling to accept any head collar but I liked this one as had its own built in collar for security, loosens off around face if dog doesn’t pull and leads from the back of the head. Must say on receipt I was over the moon with the quality of the whole thing. Service was great too.
A few times it has fallen off the dogs nose when he has been walking in the correct place, which was not ideal but day by day the dog is getting better and friend is getting better at dealing with his “tantrums” and teaching him how to walk nicely too.
The dog is like an eel on a fishing line when he decides he doesn’t want to comply. He is already walking better than he ever has and I am sure in another few weeks with lots more training he will be a delight for her to take out on the Canny. Friend is looking forward to that day.
I also bought a lead for her to go with it but she wanted to carry on using a new padded lead she already had. The Canny lead I got is padded just in the right places and guides the owner how to hold it in the correct place to help the dog the most. The lead clip is really easy to use for anyone who struggles with their fingers opening a normal dog clip that slides up and down as this one doesn’t, it is a press to open and close one. The clip is a great quality chunky clip. Would recommend both collar and lead to anyone.

Husband hasn't tried it yet so I will but great he doesn't know he's got it on because collar others he just pulls off. Can slip on and off nose and reward.

Product works very well for my dogs, and the service was great.
